Terms & Conditions

These are the terms for the Porqupine Pro membership at onlineporqupine.com. They form a contract between you and us. We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us before you join.

1. Who we are

Porqupine Pro is run by Online Porqupine Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17108652. Our registered office is 8 Yorick Road, West Mersea, Colchester, Essex, CO5 8HT, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Online Porqupine Ltd. "You" means the member.

The site runs on Kajabi. Payments are processed by Kajabi Payments, powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

2. What Porqupine Pro is

Porqupine Pro is a monthly membership. While your subscription is active, you get:

  • A training library of plain-English video walkthroughs of small-business software — funnel builders, email marketing tools and AI content tools.
  • A monthly asset pack: done-for-you funnel templates, email swipe files and AI prompt packs.
  • A monthly live build-along session, with a replay if you cannot make it.

The exact titles and topics vary month to month. That is how a monthly membership works.

3. Your account

One membership is for one person. Keep your login to yourself. Do not share your account with colleagues, clients or a group chat. If one login starts being used like a season ticket, we may suspend or close the account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done under your login. If you think someone else has access, tell us through the contact form and we will help you lock things down.

4. Price and billing

Porqupine Pro costs £19 per month, in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT where applicable.

This is a recurring subscription. Your payment method is charged each month on your billing date until you cancel. Payments are taken by Kajabi Payments, powered by Stripe.

Founding-member price

The first 50 members who join with the coupon FOUNDING pay £15 per month — £4 off the standard price. This is not an introductory rate: the discount lasts for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the standard price. There are 50 founding seats. When they are gone, they are gone.

5. Where we sell

At launch, Porqupine Pro is available to customers in the United Kingdom only.

6. Your 14-day cooling-off right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of joining, without giving a reason.

Porqupine Pro is digital content. At checkout, you tick a box consenting to immediate access to that content, and acknowledging that you lose the 14-day right to cancel in respect of content you have already accessed or downloaded. That waiver only covers content you actually open or download.

If you join and do not access any content, you can still cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund.

To cancel under this section, tell us in any clear statement — the contact form at onlineporqupine.com/contact is quickest, or write to our registered office. You do not have to use any particular form of words. We will refund you without undue delay, and within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method you paid with, at no extra cost to you.

Nothing in this section, or anywhere else in these terms, affects your statutory rights.

7. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your member account. It takes two clicks. We counted.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. We do not give partial-month refunds, beyond anything your statutory rights entitle you to.

8. Your licence to the asset packs

While you are a member, we grant you a licence to use the templates, swipe files and prompt packs:

  • in your own business, for your own marketing, products and services; and
  • in campaigns and projects you build for your clients.

You may not:

  • resell the raw assets, on their own or as part of a bundle;
  • redistribute or share the raw assets with anyone else, publicly or privately, free or paid;
  • present the assets as your own template pack, course material or product; or
  • share your login so that someone else can download them.

In short: use the assets to do work. Do not make the assets the product.

9. Our intellectual property

The training videos, the site, the asset packs, the branding, the robot and the porcupines belong to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch and use them under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it ends when your membership ends. Work you have already built with the assets for your own business or your clients remains yours.

10. Acceptable use

While using the membership, you agree not to:

  • copy, rip, scrape or download the training videos, or attempt to;
  • attempt to bypass the membership area or interfere with the site or its security;
  • use the membership for anything unlawful; or
  • misuse any community, chat or contact facilities, including spamming other members.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your membership. If we terminate for a serious breach, we do not refund the current month, except where your statutory rights require it.

11. Live sessions

The monthly build-along is held live, recorded, and posted as a replay afterwards. If you take part on camera, on microphone or in the chat, your contribution may appear in the replay. Recordings involve your personal data; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them. Be civil to us and to other members; we may remove anyone who is disruptive or abusive. If a session has to be rescheduled, we will let you know, and the replay will still be provided. The replay is part of the training library and covered by the same rules: watch it, do not redistribute it.

12. Education, not promises

Porqupine Pro is training and tools. It is education, not a business outcome. What you get from it depends on what you do with it — your effort, your market and your decisions.

We make no earnings claims and promise no income, revenue or results of any kind. We never will.

The training covers third-party software. Those tools change their features, pricing and interfaces on their own schedule, not ours. Walkthroughs are accurate when recorded, and we update them as we can, but we do not control the software we teach.

13. Liability

Subject to the rest of this section: if we get something wrong, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that does not fix it, to some or all of your money back. If our digital content damages your device or other digital content because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to a repair or compensation. These rights are yours by law and these terms do not reduce them.

We are not liable for losses caused by third-party software we teach, for your business decisions, or for events outside our reasonable control.

14. Changes to the service and these terms

We will add to the membership, improve it, and occasionally retire content. If we make a change that materially reduces what the membership includes, change the price, or change these terms in a way that affects you, we will give you notice through the site or your account before the change takes effect. If you do not like a change, you can cancel before it applies and leave at the end of your billing period as normal.

15. Your data

Online Porqupine Ltd is the data controller for the personal data you give us. ICO registration number: ZC228553.

We use a small number of third parties to run the service: Kajabi (platform and hosting; US-based, safeguarded by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and standard contractual clauses), Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (DNS and content delivery). Full details of what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights are in our Privacy Policy. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep any mandatory consumer protections, and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, that the law of your home nation gives you.
