Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Cancel any time, in two clicks, from your member account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
New members have a 14-day cooling-off right. If you have not accessed any content, cancelling in that window means a full refund.
If you have accessed content, the cooling-off refund no longer applies — you consented to that at checkout, and this page explains exactly what it means.
If anything is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, whatever this page says.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of your telling us you are cancelling.

Who this policy is between

Porqupine Pro is a monthly membership sold at onlineporqupine.com by Online Porqupine Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17108652. Registered office: 8 Yorick Road, West Mersea, Colchester, Essex, CO5 8HT, United Kingdom.

The membership costs £19 a month, or £15 a month for the first 50 founding members who join with the FOUNDING coupon — £4 off, for as long as you stay a member. Prices include VAT where applicable. Sales are UK-only at launch. Payments are processed by Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.

How to cancel

Two clicks from your account. No phone calls, no guilt trips. Log in, open your account settings, cancel the subscription. You do not need to give a reason, speak to anyone, or compose a farewell.

Any clear statement that you want to cancel also counts. Use the contact form at onlineporqupine.com/contact, or write to the registered office, and we will cancel it for you and confirm once it is done.

When cancellation takes effect

At the end of your current billing period. You have paid for the month, so you keep the month: the training library, the asset packs, and any live build-along or replay that falls within it. After that, access ends and no further payments are taken.

We do not refund part-months, beyond the statutory rights described below.

Your 14-day cooling-off right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you join — the day the contract is made — to change your mind. There is one exception, and it is the box you ticked at checkout.

Porqupine Pro is digital content, and the Regulations only allow us to give you immediate access if you first give your express consent to it and acknowledge that, once you access or download content, you lose the 14-day right to cancel in respect of that content. That is what the checkout box does. In plain terms:

Joined within the last 14 days and have not watched, streamed or downloaded anything? Cancel and we will refund your payment in full.
Joined within the last 14 days and have accessed content? The cooling-off refund no longer applies. You can still cancel at any time, and the month you have paid for is yours to the end.

This is not a trick. It is how UK law treats digital content. The alternative — making everyone wait 14 days before watching anything — helps nobody.

To use your cooling-off right, tell us by any clear statement: the contact form or a letter to the registered office both work. There is a model cancellation form in the Regulations you may use if you wish, but any clear statement does the job.

If something is actually wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content and services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If ours is not — the library will not play, a promised asset pack never arrives, the membership is not what we said it was — you have legal remedies, including repair, replacement or a price reduction, which can mean some or all of your money back, regardless of anything else on this page.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Tell us what has gone wrong and we will put it right.

Include the email address on your membership account and a line or two about what happened. The form reaches the same humans as the post does, only faster.

When and how we pay refunds

Refunds are paid to your original payment method, through Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe). Cooling-off refunds are paid within 14 days of your telling us you are cancelling. Refunds under the Consumer Rights Act are paid without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of our agreeing that one is due. The money goes back the way it came. We cannot send it anywhere else, which is a security feature rather than an inconvenience.

That is the whole policy. No clauses hiding behind other clauses. We come in peace.
